Agata Nowacka Senior Advisor

An EU regulatory and policy expert advising technology-driven companies on EU policy and regulatory strategy across areas including media and advertising, data protection, competition, digital markets, AI, mobility, energy, telecoms, e-commerce, and consumer protection.

She leads engagement with European institutions, international bodies, and the media, supporting clients in shaping policy outcomes and strengthening their reputation among policymakers and stakeholders.

Together with leading European technology companies, in 2016 Agata co-founded the European Tech Alliance, a Brussels-based association representing EU tech companies, where she served as a board member.

Previously, Agata was Director at IAB Europe and held consulting roles at Strategis Communications and Cabinet DN. Earlier in her career she worked in the European Parliament and she also stood as a candidate in the 2014 European Parliament elections and the 2015 Polish parliamentary elections.
