Amelia is an Account Director in Hanover’s corporate team, and a crisis and change communications specialist, with in-depth experience in reputation and issues management. This follows three years in Deloitte’s Reputation, Risk, Crisis and Resilience team, where she advised clients facing high-impact events, particularly those in the Government and Public Sector. This includes undertaking wholescale crisis management programmes from preparation to live crisis support, to recovery, including scenario planning, and training and exercising. Prior to this, Amelia worked at Pagefield on short and long-term integrated communications and stakeholder engagement campaigns.
