Claire is responsible for the development and execution of our people strategy, working closely with team leaders on recruitment, talent management, learning & development to ensure Hanover delivers the very best for our team. She also oversees our extensive CSR programme, managing relationships with our charity partners and creating opportunities for everyone to get involved.
She is CIPD qualified and has almost 15 years experience in the HR sector. Joining Hanover in 2013 from Leo Burnett, the global creative communications agency (part of the Publicis Groupe), she has also previously worked for MTV Networks in London, Europe and New York and McKinsey & Co.
