Conor is an Associate Director in Hanover’s Dublin office where he specialises in government affairs for international clients in technology and emerging sectors.
Prior to joining Hanover, Conor served as special adviser to the Irish Government, where he worked on the development of digital and European policy. Conor was a founding team member of Scale Ireland, the advocacy group for technology startups in Ireland. He has also worked as an adviser to Irish parliamentary committees on Finance and EU affairs, as a regulatory expert with leading business group Ibec, and for the European Commission.
