Emma Gorton Managing Director

Emma leads Hanover’s healthcare team across our different specialisms in communications, public affairs and market access. She has worked in consultancy for over a decade advising global organisations in the healthcare sector on how to implement impactful external affairs.

Emma has worked with leading pharmaceutical companies including Merck, BMS and Boehringer Ingelheim across a range of external affairs activities including corporate positioning, stakeholder engagement and therapy area leadership with a specialism in product-specific programmes at all stages in the lifecycle. Emma provides guidance and counsel to clients on strategic planning and navigating complex communications challenges, delivering ambitious, bold and creative campaigns for clients. Her work has been shortlisted for a number of industry awards such as Communique, Sabre, Creative Floor, PR Week and CIPR and resulted in Emma previously being named in the PRWeek 30 Under 30.
