Flavie leads Hanover’s trade and sustainability practice in Brussels. She advises clients in highly regulated sectors such as food and drinks, textiles and chemicals, helping them navigate EU regulations and develop advocacy strategies at an EU level.
Prior to joining Hanover, Flavie was the representative of the Canadian Ministry of Natural Resources in Brussels. In that role, she was involved in EU-Canada cooperation on gas, green hydrogen and critical raw materials. She was also involved in promoting CETA, the EU-Canada free trade agreement, and advising cleantech companies on accessing the EU market.
Flavie also worked for KPMG, the European Commission and the U.S. Government as an environmental expert at the U.S. Mission to the EU.
