Georgia is the People Manager at Hanover, where she works closely with employees across the business to support talent management, learning and development, and broader people initiatives. She chairs the Culture Club and leads Hanover’s All Minds IN network, helping to foster an inclusive and supportive workplace culture, while also contributing to a wide range of initiatives across the business.
Georgia joined Hanover in 2022 as a Senior Talent & HR Advisor and brings 10 years of experience across both agency and financial services environments, offering a well-rounded perspective on people and organisational development.
