Before joining Hanover, Ian Dodge was on the NHS England board and executive leadership team for 8 years, leading the NHS reform strategy and its work around innovation and transformation as the National Director of Strategy, Primary Care and Community Services. Prior to this, Dodge was the director of the NHS Group and head of policy for the Department of Health. In 2005 and 2006, he was the Prime Minister’s senior advisor on the NHS.
At Hanover, he currently works with senior advisers focused on market access and health system innovation, alongside former payers, regulators, industry execs and health system managers. His work also includes helping clients to understand the NHS environment and any changes to its structure, practices, technologies and therapies.
