Josie has extensive experience in market access for rare diseases. She led the establishment of the Highly Specialised Technologies programme at NICE in the UK, including the introduction of a process for Managed Access Agreements to facilitate access to treatments for very rare diseases. She is also currently leading Duchenne UK’s Project HERCULES and fostering international multi-stakeholder collaboration to develop evidence and support tools for HTA for new treatments for Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy.
