Kate is Executive Assistant to Hanover’s CEO Charles Lewington. She also supports Gavin Megaw, Managing Director of Hanover’s Corporate Practice, with business development activities.
Prior to joining Hanover, she supported the Managing Director at an executive search firm specialising in digital C-suite and board hires.
Kate has over a decade's experience in providing assistance at director, MD and CEO level, and has spent the majority of her career managing and coordinating global brand and innovation projects for companies including Pfizer, Home Retail Group, Barclays, Kraft, and Pernod Ricard.
