Keith Hoare Director

Keith Hoare is an Associate Director at Hanover Dublin where he provides strategic counsel and political and regulatory advocacy to domestic and international clients across health, technology and transport. He has over a decade of experience in public policy at domestic and international level. Prior to joining Hanover, he held a senior position with Vulcan Consulting where he served as the key Account Director for the company's top tier multinational clients in health, renewable energy, transport, financial services and technology.

His prior experience includes working with then MEP Mairead McGuinness in the European Parliament in Brussels and with the Leader of the Irish Senate. Keith spent close to six years with the Gerson Lehrman Group in Dublin and London where he quickly progressed to establish and lead its M&A and Brexit advisory practices. In this role, he provided strategic political and regulatory counsel to a portfolio of leading financial services companies across EMEA.

Keith holds a BA (Honours) in Economics, Politics and Law from Dublin City University and an MA (first class honours) in Public Affairs and Political Communication from DIT.
