Louise is an Account Director in Hanover’s Healthcare Communications team. She has extensive Government and third-sector experience from a career spanning nearly a decade. Before joining Hanover, Louise was Head of External Affairs at the Department of Health and Social Care (DHSC), a role which saw her provide strategic communication planning and advice on stakeholder engagement to senior policy officials, junior Ministers and the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care.
In recent years, she led teams to develop and deliver insight driven campaigns across the COVID-19 pandemic and the UK-EU Brexit transition period.
Louise has extensive experience across media relations, social media and crisis communications having also worked at the charity Alzheimer's Society, and prior to that for senior Members of Parliament.
