Stephen has a distinguished career in business and government, having previously been Vice President for Public Affairs at software and semiconductor firm ARM holdings and Chief Executive of the International Chamber of Commerce.
Before joining the ICC, Stephen was head of international business development at Dyson and had a long career in the Foreign and Commonwealth Office. His roles at the FCO included First Secretary at the British Embassy in Washington DC, director of trade promotion at the British Embassy in Warsaw, and head of the FCO United Nations department based in London.
