With five years’ experience in UK and global policy, Toby joins Hanover's Healthcare Public Affairs, Policy and Advocacy team as an Account Director. He has considerable experience in developing national campaign strategies within the ever-changing health and social care landscape, leading on stakeholder relations and supporting industry coalitions in multiple therapy areas including oncology, vaccine policy and rare diseases.
At a global level, he has worked with world-leading life science companies on their top-level, corporate strategy and led capability building workshops to highlight the value of government affairs strategy in supporting wider business objectives. He also supported policy campaigns in EMEA and LATAM regions, developing policy programmes to be implemented at a national level.
