Viorica is an Account Director in Hanover’s Digital Policy team in Brussels. She has more than 8 years of experience working in both the public and private sector, out of which 5 in EU affairs. Viorica provides strategic support and insights to clients on several digital policy issues, including AV & Media, telecoms, payments & taxation.
In the past, Viorica worked in a digital policy-focused think tank and a political foundation. She has extensive experience in the public sector, where she co-led the external affairs department of an Intellectual Property Office and served in the office of a Member of Parliament.
